Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Staash ("we", "our" or "us") for using the Staash app. By creating an account or using Staash, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use Staash
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- One person per account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what happens on your account.
What you post
You own the photos and words you post. You give us permission to store them and show them inside Staash to the people your settings allow: everyone, your followers, or only you. That permission ends when you delete the post or your account, apart from short-lived backups and anything the law requires us to keep.
Only post photos and words you have the right to share.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
Staash has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post, comment or send anything that:
- shows nudity or sexual content, or sexualises a minor in any way (we report this to the authorities);
- attacks or demeans people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, or encourages self-harm;
- shows graphic violence or cruelty;
- promotes illegal goods or activity, scams or spam;
- shares someone else's private information without their consent;
- copies someone else's work, brand or identity, or pretends to be someone you are not;
- tries to break, overload or misuse Staash or other people's accounts.
If you break these rules we remove the content, and we suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it.
How we keep Staash safe
- Every photo is checked before it is stored. Photos with nudity, and photos whose main subject is not one of the kinds of things Staash is for, are refused.
- You can report. Use Report in the menu of any post, comment or profile.
- You can block. Blocking someone hides their posts and comments from you, and yours from them.
- We act within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and remove the accounts responsible. For anything urgent, email [email protected].
Photos and AI
To check photos and name the product in them, the photos you add are sent to Google's Gemini service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who processes it.
Other people's posts
Posts, prices, ratings and comments are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We are not part of anything you buy through a link in the app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, comments and likes. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
The service
We work to keep Staash running and safe, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be taken away.
If you downloaded Staash from the App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Staash or its content and has no duty to support it. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we tell you in the app. Using Staash after a change means you accept the new terms.
